- Project scope, pricing, and timelines may vary based on on-site inspection, actual site conditions, material availability, and the terms of the signed agreement.
- An estimate does not constitute a commitment to perform work.
Project Terms & Change Orders
All projects are governed by the terms of the signed written estimate or contract between Omdan Development Inc and the customer.
- Any changes to project scope, materials, or timeline must be approved in writing by both parties via a signed change order before additional work begins.
- Verbal agreements or informal requests do not constitute approved changes.
- Omdan Development Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customer decisions, material availability, permit processing, or conditions not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the original agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in the signed estimate or contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon project completion.
- Late payments may be subject to fees as stated in the signed agreement.

Omdan Development Inc may communicate with customers by phone, email, and SMS (text message) for purposes related to our services.
